As your fiscal host, Global Impact UK enables you to solicit and receive donations from the UK and around the world. Through our UK charitable status and US Equivalency Determination, your organisation can apply for and receive grants and offer donors tax-deductible giving — while ensuring fully compliant international and UK charitable activity. We also support the development of strategic funding partnerships with foundations, corporations, public sector entities, and individual donors.
A fiscal host offers many benefits, and as your partner, Global Impact UK will:
Maintain a bank account on your behalf, including all funds received for the organisation.
Provide monthly financial reporting on account balances and donations.
Liaise with donors to facilitate processing and reporting of donations.
Report donor details back to your organisation, including gross amount of donations, to facilitate further donor acknowledgement and ongoing cultivation.
Provide donor acknowledgement services.
Pay organisational vendor and contractor expenses.
File for Gift Aid, boosting your gift by 25% at no extra cost to you for eligible donations. (optional)
Provide payroll and benefits either directly or with Professional Employment Organisations (PEOs), allowing you to staff a global workforce. (optional)
Offer technology services that improve your operational efficiency and ensure your organisation’s security. (optional)
Support transition to Global Impact UK, if currently working with another fiscal host, including transfer of existing bank account balances, as well as relationships and contracts with vendors, contractors, and donors. (optional)
