Stronger Foundations for Nutrition is a global philanthropic community focused on ending malnutrition. After incubation in a U.S. foundation, the program outgrew its host and needed more expansive back-office infrastructure with access to global markets to support its growth and diversify its funding internationally. To support its next phase, the team selected Global Impact UK as its fiscal host.

Approach

  • Transitioned the program, its assets, staff, and contractors from the original host in under 90 days.
  • Rapidly onboarded Stronger Foundations for Nutrition with an Employer of Record (EOR), ensuring uninterrupted employee salaries, insurance, and other benefits.
  • Started accepting donations and submitting grant agreements on behalf of Stronger Foundations for Nutrition immediately, while also overseeing the day-to-day financial administration of active funding.
  • Began developing a global fundraising strategy, positioning Stronger Foundations for Nutrition to engage institutional donors and philanthropic partners across multiple markets, including funding opportunities that are only accessible through non-U.S. charitable structures.
