Rachel Weller is a sustainability and human rights consultant with 10 years’ experience providing strategic advice to leading businesses, investors, and nonprofits.

She has a breadth of experience advising clients across different sectors on strategy development and implementation, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and reporting. Rachel currently works at BRODIE, a London-based responsible business and sustainability consultancy where she advises European and North American businesses, with a focus on human rights.

Rachel is passionate about enabling clients to protect the most vulnerable people in society and play their part in creating a more just and sustainable world. She is excited by the potential for philanthropic giving and collective action to address the world’s biggest challenges.

She brings to Global Impact UK a deep understanding of responsible business conduct, the corporate and NGO advisory market, and management, sales, and marketing expertise. She has a first-class degree in history from Durham University and a corporate responsibility and sustainability MSc with distinction from Birkbeck, University of London.
