As Director of Philanthropy & Institutional Relations at Climate Group, she leads global income growth and partnership strategy, managing a dynamic portfolio and building alliances with foundations, governments, and donor networks across Europe, India, China, wider Southeast Asia, and the Americas.

She has raised over $50 million to scale mission-driven work worldwide and has a long track record of board and advisory service, supporting established and emerging organizations with governance, strategic growth, and resilience. Ruby holds a qualification in business administration from the London School of Economics and degrees in law, sociology, and anthropology from Queen’s University Belfast, NUI Galway, and Waren Wilson College (North Carolina).
